This 1000-year-old Norman Castle offers beautiful panoramic views of the Sussex countryside. The adjoining Barbican was added in the 14th century and is now home to a collection of archaeological artifacts in Sussex. You can spend time in the mini-cinema learning about the history of Lewes, or have some fun with the family and enjoy the dress up activities for the kids. You are even welcome to bring a picnic to eat in the beautiful gardens.
